What has happened to due process?

Categorical declarative. I am a liberal, progressive. A social Democrat. But there is simply no way I am voting for Obama. Worst president ever. When history looks back on this apparent continuation of the Bush administration, the one field most analyzed will be justice. And why is Obama so opposed to justice? And his worst violation is the assumption that he can murder American citizens anywhere, anytime, for any reason, just like a tyrant.

Attorney General Eric Holder now claims that “due process” is the review of your file by a Star Chamber, and then, without notifying you of your alleged crimes, the president can assassinate you. And if your family gets killed as well, too bad.

We are at war. Forever. Permanently. There will never be a time of peace again in America, so these powers will never not be needed. This is unconstitutional to the extreme, and a clear violation of human rights as well. Tell every Democrat you know: I will not vote for you unless you soundly confront the president and the AG on this.
