Stop the excuses and improve yourself
When are the media, the politicians, and others going to stop using the catchphrases “class warfare” and “tax the rich”?
Everyone who speaks these phrases has an excuse for not being rich. Immigrants, both legal and illegal, come to America to improve their lot and obtain the American dream. To accomplish this, they take low-paying jobs, not only one, but several, and between these jobs, they take night school courses.
The individuals who ingest drugs or the ones who drink themselves into a stupor will tell you it’s any number of the following reasons for not succeeding: taxes, lack of education, bad breaks or favoritism. Instead of wasting their time making excuses, they could use it to improve their skills. The money they spend on drugs or alcohol could be used on educational materials.
The next time an excuse is used for failure, think of all the people who are mentally or physically challenged. Being rich for them is the ability to tie their shoes or button a shirt. They don’t use any excuses.
Part of being an adult is being responsible for your actions. When you shave, comb your hair or brush your teeth, take a good look in the mirror and judge yourself. Stop crying and be responsible. You are the master of your fate and the captain of your soul!
