Chicago Express rallies to clip Wings

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The Chicago Express spotted Kalamazoo a 3-goal first-period lead on power-play goals, then stormed back to clip the Wings 4-3 on Friday night.

Pierre-Luc Faubert of the Express scored on a rebound at 7:03 of the second period. Jonathan Zion brought the Express within a goal 3:05 later. Scott Wietecha’s goal with 2:46 left in the period knotted the contest. Zion scored the game-winner on a power play early in the third period.

Express goalie Peter Mannino stopped 37 shots.
