D95 board to name new member

The Lake Zurich Unit District 95 school board will hold a special meeting at 6:15 p.m. Thursday to appoint a new member to its ranks. Kildeer resident and district volunteer Lisa Warren is the candidate for the post, officials announced Monday. The appointment is necessary because of the recent resignation of Trustee John Kropf. The meeting will be held at the Lake Zurich High School library, 300 Church St.
