Tea Party sticking to its principles

With the freshmen representatives’ recent move to shoot down the payroll tax cut passed by the U.S. Senate over the initial objections of the regular Republican party and Speaker John Boehner, there are some things becoming evident. The Tea Party members in the U.S. House have stayed true to their promises to the people who elected them.

While many of us with different political leanings have thought that their goal was to defeat President Obama in the 2012 election, it is now becoming clear that their real goal is to take over the Republican Party. Whether you agree with them or not, it is good to see some people didn’t get sucked into the “business as usual” as soon as they got elected and landed in Washington.

Heck after watching the Newt, Perry, Pizza Guy and Mr. Flipper show over the fall, they couldnt do much worse.
