Lake Zurich board to meet:

The Lake Zurich village board will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23. The board will go into closed session to discuss labor negotiations, personnel matters and prior executive-session minutes. The meeting will be at village hall, 70 E. Main St.
