Register for Warren Township Girls Softball

Warren Township Girls Softball will hold WTGS Fastpitch In-house League Walk-In Registration and Mandatory Uniform Fittings from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, at the Warren Township High School — Almond Campus, 34090 N. Almond Road, Gurnee.

All girls from first to 10th grade who are interested in playing can come in and sign up; there are no tryouts required.

Forms for registering in person are available on their website, www.warrengirlssoftball.com. Forms will also be available on-site, but online registration is recommended for anyone with Internet access. Those requiring on-site registration must be prepared to pay by check, and can bring the 2012 Signed Codes of Conduct Acknowledgment Form their volunteer deposit check or Coaches’ Background Check Form if they have not already mailed them in. All forms are available on their website. Whether they register online or on-site, all WTGS players are required to come for mandatory uniform fittings.

Also available will be the latest in WTGS Spirit Wear. Place an order on-site and pay no shipping costs. Participants can also order or purchase sliding shorts or long pants. Only checks will be accepted.

Warren Township Girls Softball supports the WTGS Fastpitch local league and the Warren Wave travel league. The goal of the Warren Township Girls Softball program is to create a positive softball experience for all girls through the education of the sport, stressing the importance of teamwork, good sportsmanship and fun.
