You’re invited to Conversation with a Leader in Elgin

The Northern Fox Valley Chapter of Women in Management presents Sister Donna Marie Wolowicki as part of the chapter’s “ Conversation with a Leader” on Thursday, Jan. 12, at the Elgin Country Club, 2575 Weld Road, Elgin. Networking will begin at 11:30 a.m., with the luncheon and program at noon. Meetings adjourn promptly at 1:30 p.m. Cost for members is $25 or $30 for nonmembers. Reservations must be made at wimonline.org no later than 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9.
Sister Donna Marie, retired, served as CEO of Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines, concurrently while serving as CEO of Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, from 2000-05.
A member of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Resurrection, she has dedicated her life of ministry service to the health profession as a registered professional nurse to management leadership positions with Resurrection Medical Center and more.
She has been committed to leadership development and community outreach through the development of such programs as: Newborn Home Visiting Program established in 1996, Parish Nurse Program in four Parishes established in 1998, Community Education and Health Screening Programs for Women and Children established in 2006, establishment of Pediatric Wellness Clinic for public aid families in 2009.
Sister Donna Marie has served as a board director for many health and nonprofit boards and as a guest lecturer.
The Northern Fox Valley Chapter of Women in Management was founded in 1984. It is part of a national organization. Members are comprised of professionals in six categories: academic; corporate; entrepreneur; government; licensed, degreed professional; and nonprofit.
