Beating of Chicago teen filmed, posted online

Chicago police say they're looking for suspects in the beating of a 17-year-old boy that was captured on video and posted on the Internet.

Police say the attack happened Sunday afternoon in the Bridgeport neighborhood on the city's South Side. Video of the attack was posted on YouTube. Several unknown assailants attacked the boy. Police say they robbed the victim of a pair of gym shoes, his wallet and cash.

The video shows the assailants wearing hoods and repeatedly kicking and striking the victim. Police said Monday that they had no one in custody.

The boy was taken to a local hospital for a laceration to his lip, bruising and abrasions.
