Headline was unprofessional

I believe that your headline “ Rivera Walks” published in the Saturday, Jan. 7, edition of The Daily Herald is unprofessional and journalistically unethical. The “walk” implies, although guilty, Juan Rivera is now free. If I’d written this headline while a journalism student at the University of Missouri, my error would have been immediately brought to my attention. Your lead paragraph continues to show your bias. This man deserves his right to return to some normalcy in his life. The state did not prove his guilt.
