Queens of Duct Tape

Kathryn and Anna Morrison of St. Charles can make just about anything out of duct tape. They began making duct tape wallets about 6 months ago and from there have created flower pens, purses, backpacks, bows, bracelets and IPod cases all out of duct tape. Kathryn says it takes about an hour to make many of the items, but the purse took about 4 hours. That is her favorite duct tape creation to date. Making items out of duct tape has also become popular at her school. In fact, last week a number of students stayed after school with the teachers to make things out of duct tape. What will her next creation be? "Who knows", says Kathryn. "I'll just have to wait and see!"
