Two veteran Barrington village trustees seeking re-election

Incumbent village trustees Jim Daluga and Paul Hunt were among four candidates to file this morning for three Barrington Village Board seats up for election in the spring.

Daluga, who chairs the board's Administration and Finance Committee, is seeking his third term on the board. Hunt has served on the board since 2002.

Joining them in filing to run for one of the four-year board terms were village residents Michael T. Kozel and Robert Windon.

Trustee Jeff Anderson, the third board member whose seat is up for election April 5, did not file for re-election this morning.

The filing period continues through Monday, Dec. 20.
