Middleby announces partnership
ELGIN - The Middleby Corp. announced it has entered into a technology partnership with SpinFry Inc., an innovator of centrifugal cooking technology, under its Spin Fresh brand.
Spin Fresh incorporates spinning with frying technology.
In this technology, food fries conventionally. At the end of the frying process, the basket is raised above the oil to spin off excess oil resulting in a finished product with significantly reduced calories from fat.
