Thanksgiving day frozen turkey race returns to Buffalo Grove

The 2nd Annual Frozen Turkey 5K Race will be 8 a.m. Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, Nov. 25, in Buffalo Grove.

The race, which starts and finishes at Willow Stream Park, will be chip timed and will take runners through winding neighborhood streets. There will be music before and after the race, a frozen turkey costume contest, and post-race treats
