Let schools teach and parents parent
I have two sons at Lake Zurich High School. There are many reasons I am vehemently opposed to the proposition of their privacy rights and the rights of their fellow students being usurped by the preposterous proposed drug testing. When will schools learn they are to teach and parents are to parent? And what about the costs? District 95 needs to find ways to save money, not spend more. I for one would consult an attorney and possibly take legal action against the district should this program be instituted. There has to be more important things for District 95 to be doing other than contemplating denying its students their rights.
