Christmas musical on Sunday
On Sunday, Dec. 15, the Chancel Choir of Christ Church, United Church of Christ in Des Plaines, will present a Christmas musical by Joel Raney. The musical, “A Thrill Of Hope,” celebrates the birth of Christ from the vantage points of Hope, Love, Peace and Joy. The musical begins at 9:30 a.m. as part of the worship service. Free, an offering will be taken. The choir is conducted by James Brownold; the church is at the corner of Cora and Henry.
