Woman hit by bus at O’Hare

A woman is in critical condition after being struck by a bus outside O’Hare International Airport this afternoon, officials said.

The woman was hit around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday outside the United Terminal, according to a Chicago Police Department spokesman.

She was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge in critical condition, police said.

No charges have yet been filed, and the accident is still under investigation.
