Chicago guarded people’s rights well
“Victory to Taliban” and upside-down American flags? Am I in America or in an enemy country? I was shocked at what I saw at the NATO rally over the weekend. I felt sad seeing those banners and also that freedom of speech was exploited this way, but I also felt like a proud American. The city of Chicago was a shining example of how the government and law enforcement did a great job in guarding the rights of everyone. It was impressive to see Chicago Police Chief McCarthy on the frontlines keeping morale of his force high. I even got my picure taken with him. Police and city deserve big applause in making Chicago shine like this. Let this be an example for the world to follow.
