Gilbert Gottfried to tap the keg Friday at Hofbräuhaus

Comedian Gilbert Gottfried will tap the keg Friday night at Hofbräuhaus Chicago in Rosemont, officials said.

Gottfried will participate in the traditional keg tapping ceremony at 7 p.m., tapping a keg of Hofbräuhaus Chicago’s November beer, Winterzwickel.

The stand-up comedian is in town for performances Friday and Saturday night at Zanies in Rosemont, which, like Hofbräuhaus, is located in the MB Financial Park entertainment district.

MB Financial Park is located at 5500 Park Place, west of Interstate 294 and south of Balmoral Avenue.
