GFX signs Libertyville lease

Grayslake-based GFX International leased about 85,000 square feet of space within the Libertyville Corporate Center at 1755 Butterfield Road, Libertyville.

With the long-term lease at the multi-tenant facility, GFX will consolidate operations in Lakemoor and Waukegan into one location. The Libertyville location was selected, in part, because of its proximity to GFX's corporate headquarters, which is approximately 10 minutes away.

The new location at is a 253,000 square foot multi-tenant facility.

GFX produces display and graphic materials for virtually every segment within the retail industry. Using project management, production and profiling capabilities, the company creates in-store environments that are designed to inspire, educate and motivate consumers to buy products.

The company employs over 200 people in Grayslake. GFX will use the building for production and shipping of their retail display fixtures.
