Chicago Chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors appoints 2024 executive board officers
The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) recently named its new executive board officers for 2024.
Peter Billmeyer, SIOR, co-founder and CEO of Bespoke Commercial Real Estate, will serve his second term as chapter president and lead the organization which includes nearly 200 of the top office and industrial real estate brokers in the Chicago market.
Additional board members are:
• Vice president: Ryan Moen, SIOR, principal and co-founder at Versa Real Estate Services
• Treasurer: Bill Lussow, SIOR, principal at Bespoke Commercial Real Estate
• Secretary: John Cassidy, SIOR, principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois
• Director-at-Large: Sean Henrick, SIOR, vice chairman at Cushman & Wakefield
The SIOR Chicago Chapter also wishes to recognize its chapter members newly named to regional or global roles. Dan Smolensky, SIOR was named board member-at-large, SIOR National. David Liebman is continuing his post as regional director, Great Lakes.
