Young workers sought:

Lake County Board Chairman Aaron Lawlor on Thursday announced a new program to attract young professionals to live and work here. The group will be called Leadership Lake County. Lawlor, 31, will lead the group with fellow county Commissioner Nick Sauer, 30. Both are among the suburbs’ youngest elected officials. The pro-business group Lake County Partners will support the program, according to a news release. Its first project will be creating a task force that will strive to identify impediments to finding and hiring young workers, among other issues.
