Hernandez paces Christian Liberty victory

Junior forward Shelbi Hernandez had a double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds to help lead Christian Liberty Academy’s girls basketball team to a 52-28 victory at Schaumburg Christian on Thursday night.

Junior Megan Sullivan added 14 points with 3 steals and 2 assists for the Chargers (9-2), while sophomore Jess Moriarty collected 11 points, 6 assists and 3 steals.

Junior Vivian Barclay chipped in 8 points with 7 steals and a block.
