Art of Dog fundraiser benefits rescues

The Art of the Dog fundraiser will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at the new Shear Paradise Pet Salon and the Howley Street Boutique, 400 N. Seymour Ave., Mundelein. Guests can view and shop local artists from Chicago to Milwaukee, bid on items in a Silent Auction, and visit the new businesses. Wine and cheese will be served. Attendees can pre-order their copy of the Mundelein Hometown Hounds 2013 Calendar. There is a $10 per person donation at the door.
