Tax Sarah, Glenn, Rush - not me

Surprise! Surprise!

Three multimillionaires are opposed to President Obama's plan to end the Bush era tax cuts for anyone with income over $250,000.

I am referring to Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin and Rush Limbaugh.

Here's how they would all qualify for the tax increase.

Beck reportedly earned more than $35 million in 2009 for his book and television/radio programs.

Palin reportedly received a $7 million advance for her book, "Going Rogue." She also has a contract with Fox News to deliver commentary and she is being paid $2 million for a TV show titled "Sarah Palin's Alaska." Add to this her standard $75,000 fee for speaking at conventions and seminars and it's easy to see why she quit her job as Alaska's governor.

Limbaugh makes Beck and Palin look cheap. In 2008 Rush signed an eight-year $400 million contract with a Texas media conglomerate. To give you an idea how Limbaugh feels about paying taxes, he recently sold his 10-room New York condo for just under $12 million. The reason he sold it was to get out of New York to avoid a tax surcharge.

So, here's my suggestion for a banner for the tea party - Tax Sarah, Glenn and Rush, Don't Tax Me.
