I beg to differ, Senator Kirk

Sen. Kirk seems to think there is a more direct link than I do between the Mexican/American border and the teenagers in Illinois who were brought here by their parents and now are trying to be better members of our society.

The kids who graduate from our schools, have acceptable grades and SAT scores and write good entrance essays for college could go on to have good jobs and pay taxes if we give them a chance. Otherwise it's another few years of the same old, same old from our “Republican leaders” who want to keep tax cuts for their rich friends and families. Good Christians, all.
