Tattoo studio rejected in Palatine to open in Deerfield

Beth and Phil Cisco, the Wheeling tattoo artists whose proposal to open a studio in Palatine was denied by the village council in February, are instead heading to Deerfield.

Maximum Tattoo will open its doors sometime next month in the River Run shopping center at 20594 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Deerfield.

Beth Cisco called the Palatine council’s vote “a humiliating and costly defeat,” but said she harbors no hard feelings toward Palatine residents and will offer discounts to her supporters.
