Letter shows left-wing distortions

Regarding Chris Peterson’s letter where he claims Rush Limbaugh is typical of conservatives who “call women who use contraceptives ‘sluts’” is yet another example of left-wing hate speech and twisting of the facts: no one is saying they want to ban contraceptives.

The fact that Chris Peterson thinks this way is more proof that the left-wing mass media can fool a lot of the people much of the time. Let’s put the vaunted Associated Press into that despicable category.

Rush never uses what Mr. Peterson refers to as “fake facts” because if he did, his show would have been gone decades ago, through natural selection, and not the current 20 million listeners strong since 1988. But it IS the main reason liberal Air America is history. WLS has absolutely no reason whatsoever to cancel the most highly rated talk show in America.

Sorry Mr. Peterson, but you need to look at the facts: sponsors to his show are not fleeing in droves. Out of at least 18,000 sponsors, a small handful of no more than 28 or 30 have asked to not have their ads aired on his show, just like so many do with Hannity, Glenn Beck, and others.

He stated today that two of the sponsors want to come back and two more new ones want to be sponsors.

Also, the woman to whom he apologized at least twice has refused to accept the apology. Typical of left-wing self-righteous people like Chris, claiming to be so “tolerant.”

Mr. Peterson needs to get a job at the AP if he wants to continue his rant to convince people that the mere 5 percent of Americans who even listen to talk radio are being lied to, and dare I say, stupid by listening to Rush.
