Libertyville pageant applications available

The contestant search begins now for the 2012 Miss, Junior Miss, and Little Miss Libertyville Queens. Applications are available at the Libertyville village hall, 118 W. Cook Ave., Libertyville.

Age requirements for each category are: 16-21 for Miss Libertyville; 11-13 for Junior Miss; and 6-8 for Little Miss. Contestants are required to reside in the 60048 ZIP code. The pageant encourages all eligible young ladies to apply for this prestigious community youth ambassador event. The 2012 Libertyville Pageant is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 14, in Cook Park. For official pageant information, obtain an application packet. All applications must be received no later than Tuesday, May 1.
