Enjoy silver screen hits at Dundee library

Consider this a pre-party for the upcoming Academy Awards. The Dundee Library invites all music and movie lovers to “Golden Songs of the Silver Screen” at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, at the library, 555 Barrington Ave., East Dundee.
Energetic musician Steve Askins and his guitar will perform some of the best loved songs of the cinema featuring the music of Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Rodgers & Hammerstein and more.
