Schmitz responsive to constituents
In response to a Fence Post letter printed Oct. 10 from Pete Culver in Elgin, re: “Schmitz has taken 49th for granted,” my experience is just the opposite. Rep Tim Schmitz is always available.
Rep. Schmitz conducts town hall meetings. Rep. Schmitz speaks at group meetings he has spoken at Sun City numerous times. Rep. Schmitz returns phone calls and responds to e-mails. Rep. Schmitz has sponsored legislation evolving out of group meetings. Rep. Schmitz listens and then responds with thoughtful answers.
Rep. Schmitz will be speaking at Sun City in mid-November. Should Mr. Culver wish to attend, I invite him to do so as my guest.
I'm pleased to have a representative as responsive as Tim Schmitz.
