Sinkovits joins First Midwest Bank

Plainfield-based First Midwest Bank today announced Frederick F. Sinkovits has joined the company as a commercial loan officer.

Sinkovits has an extensive background of over 25 years in financial services with a strong focus on commercial sales and portfolio management. Prior to joining First Midwest Bank, he was a senior vice president at Old Second National Bank in Aurora, handling commercial, industrial and commercial real estate accounts and new business development. He also held a position at Old Second as regional manager overseeing the Naperville and Lisle locations. Sinkovits also brings with him broad knowledge from his previous Commercial Loan positions at both Harris Bank and LaSalle Bank.

“We are extremely pleased to have someone with Fred's commercial banking expertise join the First Midwest team,” said Joseph Judd, regional president. “In addition to his proven track record as a top sales producer, he is also a very active member of community organizations in the Naperville area.”

Sinkovits received his BA from Illinois Benedictine College in Lisle and graduated from the National School of Real Estate Finance at the University of Wisconsin. He also completed training at the American Bankers Association's National Commercial Lending Graduate School at the University of Oklahoma.
