Police: Man crashed car into apartment building

An 18-year-old man who told police he "blacked out" crashed his vehicle into a Wheeling apartment complex Friday night.
Pablo J. Morales drove into a unit at the Cedar Run apartments at 1236 Elder Court around 6:30 p.m., said Sgt. Victor Chirio of the Wheeling Police Department. The car broke through the building's wall and damaged an air conditioning unit.
Morales passed an alcohol test administered by Wheeling police. Though no injuries were reported, Morales was taken to a hospital to evaluate his condition.
Morales did not have a driver's license in his possession, Chirio said.
Morales was placed under arrest, police said, though a formal charge wasn't known late Friday.
