Mundelein High alumni to sell their artwork
Submitted by Ron Girard
Part of the Mundelein High School 50th Celebration will include an AP Art Show and Sale during the celebration weekend.
Retired MHS art instructor John Mayer sought AP art students from 1997 to the present to show or sell their work, recent or past, at the show. Twenty percent of the sale prices will benefit the MHS art department.
The show will take place from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, in the MHS cafeteria, 1350 W. Hawley St., Mundelein.
Art alumni can contact Mayer through the MHS 50th Celebration Facebook page.
