Hanover Park streets will close for parade

The Mexican Independence Day Parade hosted by St. Ansgar Church in Hanover Park on Saturday, Sept. 15 will close several roadways from 1:45-3 p.m.: Laurel Avenue between Center and Church; Church Street between Laurel and Sycamore; Sycamore Avenue between Church and Center; and Center Avenue between Sycamore and Laurel.

No parking will be allowed on these streets between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Any vehicles left there will be relocated. Residents living “inside” the parade route are encouraged to park their vehicles outside the parade route.
