Mundelein trustees join developer negotiating team

Two Mundelein trustees have been assigned to a village team that will negotiate with developers who want to build homes at the former Quig’s Orchard site on Route 83. Trustees Terri Voss and Dawn Abernathy will represent the board. The proposed development would be called Orchard Meadows. Quig’s closed in 2007. A previous housing plan for the land died before it could be realized.
