CNH Global CFO resigns

Agricultural and construction equipment manufacturer CNH Global N.V. in Burr Ridge said Chief Financial Officer Camillo Rossotto will resign on December 31 to pursue other interests.

The company said Pablo Di Si will become CFO on January 1, 2013, based on its internal succession plan.

Di Si is currently Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development for CNH’s sister company, Fiat Automobiles Latin America. Prior to his assignment in Fiat Automobiles, Pablo was the Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Commercial Control for CNH Latin America.

CNH Global N.V., which manufactures Case and New Holland brand equipment worldwide, is a majority-owned subsidiary of Fiat Industrial S.p.A.
