SWANCC, Palatine team for recycling event on Aug. 10
The Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County (SWANCC) and the village of Palatine will hold a document destruction and electronics recycling event from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 10, at the Palatine Park District Community Center, 250 E. Wood St. There is no cost to utilize the service, but residents must live in one of SWANCC’s member communities to participate. IDs will be checked for proof of residency.
