Poll Vault: Do you grow anything in your backyard?

Apparently, it's time to pick the cherries.

A tree in our backyard is bursting with fruit. Sour cherries are practically falling off the branches.

It was winter when we bought our house, so we didn't really pay attention to what kinds of trees we had. It was a happy surprise when our two cherry trees — one sweet, one sour — bloomed the following spring.

Do you have any fruit trees in your backyard? Did you plant them, or were they already there when you moved in?

What about vegetables? Do you plant a garden every season? What do you do with the produce?
