At a glance: This is the Cubs’ first look at the Astros this season. They were 8-7 against Houston last year, 3-3 at Minute Maid. The Astros entered Sunday seventh in the NL in ERA (3.48). The Cubs were 12th (4.12). Neither team is tearing it up on offense. Wood will come up from Class AAA Iowa on Tuesday to pitch for the Cubs, as he takes the spot of the demoted Chris Volstad. Look for the Cubs to go with their right-handed hitting lineup against Rodriguez, against whom Jeff Baker is 8-for-20. Jose Altuve leads the Astros in most of the key offensive categories, with Jed Lowrie leading in homers (5) entering Sunday.
