Palatine homeowners win Dream Backyard Makeover contest

David and Kristen Berryhill, owners of Archadeck of Chicagoland, along with Ross Thomas of Belgard Hardscapes and additional Archadeck of Chicagoland representatives, presented Jeremy and Amanda Hall, of Palatine, with the Dream Backyard Makeover contest second prize — a $7,000 backyard transformation.

Archadeck Outdoor Living Brands, Belgard Hardscapes and TimberTech sponsored the national contest that launched in February 2013. By submitting a backyard photo and a 200-word description of why they needed a backyard makeover, the Hall family was selected as a second place winner from more than 2,000 submissions.
