Berwyn man dies in Elk Grove factory accident

A Berwyn man died in a factory accident in Elk Grove Village Tuesday morning, according to officials.

A spokesman for the Cook County medical examiner confirmed 47-year-old Oscar Pimentel died from “multiple crushing injuries and falling heavy objects” after an accident at 1441 Jarvis Ave.

The address matches that of M.S. International, a flooring and countertop manufacturer. No one could be reached for comment at the company Wednesday evening.
