Naturalist to discuss French fur trading in Hoffman Estates

The Hoffman Estates’ Celebrations and Sister Cities commissions are partnering with the Schaumburg Township District Library to present a free storyteller event to celebrate French history and culture.

Interpreter and naturalist Andy Talley will give a presentation from 1 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, at village hall, 1900 Hassell Road. He will educate guests about French fur traders and the native tribes they lived and worked with in the 18th century.
