Elgin Knights of Columbus install officers

On June 20, 13 men took their individual oath of office as part of the installation of officers for the Elgin Knights of Columbus Monsignor Henry Schryer Council 654. James Walsh of St. Thomas More Parish in Elgin will lead the Elgin Knights as Grand Knight for the 2012-13 council year.
Lhito Camson will serve as Deputy Grand Knight, and Mike Ochs will serve as council Chancellor.
The other officers are: Marshall Spangler, Time Eternick, Larry Ruiz, Mike Kearney, Mike DeBrocke Sr., Jason Crum, Lupe Mancilla, Mark Weber, Bob Allanson, Don Beyer, and Greg Begel.
Monsignor Henry Schryer Council 654 is named after Monsignor Henry Schryer. The council works closely with four parishes in Elgin, St. Thomas More, St. Laurence, St. Mary, and St. Joseph providing funds for various projects in each of these parishes and the community.
