Antioch District 34 board vacancy:

Antioch Elementary District 34 is seeking candidates to fill a school board vacancy created by the resignation of Bryan Mueller. District residents who are 18 or older, registered to vote and are not a registered sex offender can apply for the position that runs until the spring 2015 election. Candidate information packets, which includes an application, are available by calling (847) 838-8414, emailing mcasey@antioch34.com, or visiting www.antioch34.com. Applications can be submitted to Antioch School District 34, superintendent’s office, 964 Spafford St., Antioch, 60002. The deadline is 5 p.m. June 13. An appointment is anticipated after candidate interviews in July.
