Sikich LLP merges with Indiana firm

Aurora-based Sikich LLP recently merged with the accounting, tax and management consulting practice of Ent : Imler CPA, PC in Indianapolis, Ind., Jim Sikich, CEO and managing partner of Sikich, announced.

“We are pleased and excited to welcome our Ent : Imler colleagues as we join forces to help our clients achieve their business and financial goals,” said Sikich. “By combining two highly complementary organizations and leveraging our business expertise, we are able to access new growth opportunities with our current and future customers.”

Ent : Imler partners, Steven R. Imler, CPA, David A. McDaniel, CPA, Joseph E. Gordon, CPA, CFP, and Steven K. Stucky, CPA, will join Sikich as partners. The 30 Ent : Imler employees will be joined by 11 personnel from Sikich’s Indianapolis technology office and operate as the Indianapolis office of Sikich.
