Background check for pressure cooker

It is sad what happened in Boston, but I would like to comment on how to put a stop to that kind of crime. I think that with three people killed and more than 180 injured it’s time to require a background check when buying a pressure cooker.

Had this been done maybe it would have raised a red flag and the FBI would have been notified.
