Aurora police search for home invasion suspects

Three men held a 13-year-old boy in an Aurora home Wednesday morning, stealing jewelry in a home invasion and armed robbery, police said.

At about 7:40 a.m., the boy told police he was walking up to a home on the 700 block of Eagle Drive on Aurora’s west side when the men forced him through the front door and into the residence. The men, one of whom had a gun, ransacked the home for about 10 minutes, stealing an unknown value of jewelry before leaving in a vehicle similar to a gray Mazda CRV, police said.

The men wore masks and were between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighed between 150 and 160 pounds.
