North Aurora to discuss developer fees

The North Aurora village board tonight will consider cutting the fees it charges developers of single-family houses to stimulate construction of homes. It will discuss the matter at 7 p.m. at the village hall, 25 E. State St.

The board is also scheduled to approve annexing the Mango Creek Deerpath, LLC subdivision land, which is east of Orchard Road, west of Jewel Middle School and north of Oak Street.

Tonight’s committee of the whole meeting has been canceled.
