Keystone would be investment in dirty air

I stand with NASA’s leading climate scientist, Dr. James Hansen, who said tar sands development would mean “game over for the climate.” The Keystone XL Project will be coming up for a vote. The state department has issued a report that downplays the profound impact Keystone would have on the climate. Tar sands are the dirtiest, most carbon-intensive fossil fuel. Do we want to invest in dirty air?
